BWI car service

Chauffeur service to and from BWI Marshall, with your flight tracked and a fixed price agreed before you travel.

Why book a car for BWI Marshall

BWI handled around 25 million passengers last year — roughly 69,000 people a day — and it is the airport most of Maryland actually uses. It is also the one where the difference between a chauffeur and a rideshare is most obvious on arrival, for a reason most people only discover while dragging a suitcase (see below).

Where we meet you

Your chauffeur meets you inside, at baggage claim on the Lower Level, and helps with your bags to the car. You do not walk anywhere with luggage before you find them.

What we know about BWI

  • Rideshare pickups at BWI are on the upper Departures level — arriving passengers have to leave baggage claim and go up a level with their luggage to reach the car. Taxis and pre-booked cars collect from the Lower Level, where you already are.
  • The airport is close enough to Baltimore, Columbia and Glen Burnie that the journey is short — which means there is no slack in the schedule if the car does not arrive.
  • Early-morning departures out of BWI are heavy. A 5am pickup is an ordinary booking for us, not an exception.
  • The Amtrak and MARC station at BWI is a separate stop from the terminal. Tell us which you need and we will collect from the right one.

Times are for guidance and assume normal conditions. Your chauffeur builds in the margin — you are not asked to gamble on the traffic.

Waiting time, and how it is measured

Domestic arrivals

60 minutes free wait, measured from the moment your aircraft reaches the gate — not from the time you were scheduled to land.

International arrivals

90 minutes free wait, for the same reason and measured the same way. Clearing customs is not something you should pay to do.

We track your flight from departure, so a delay moves your pickup rather than costing you the wait. This is the single most common reason people book a chauffeur rather than hailing something on arrival.

Questions about BWI

What if my flight into BWI is delayed?

We track your flight, so a delay simply moves your pickup. Your free wait of 60 minutes is measured from when your aircraft actually reaches the gate, not from the time you were scheduled to land — so a late arrival does not eat into it.

Where exactly will my chauffeur be?

Inside the terminal at baggage claim on the Lower Level, not waiting in a car park. They will have your name, and they will carry your bags to the vehicle.

How early should the car collect me for a departure?

For a domestic flight we normally suggest arriving at BWI two hours before departure, and three for international. Tell us your flight and we will work backwards, allowing for the traffic on the day rather than the average.
