Cancellation policy

Cancelling

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours the full fare may be charged.

The reason for the 24-hour line is simple: by then the vehicle and chauffeur are committed to you, and the slot cannot reasonably be sold to anyone else.

Changes

Changes of time or destination are usually possible at no cost, subject to availability. If a change materially alters the journey we may re-quote it, and we will tell you the new price before anything is confirmed.

If you do not appear

Your chauffeur waits for the free grace period, then tries to reach you. If we cannot, the trip is recorded as a no-show and the full fare may be charged.

Delayed flights are not late cancellations

We track your flight and adjust to it. You are not charged for a delay outside your control, and the free wait at an airport is measured from when your aircraft reaches the gate rather than from its scheduled arrival.

If we cancel

If we cannot provide your journey we will tell you as soon as we know, help you find an alternative where we can, and you will not be charged.
