Booking and confirmation

Reserving online creates a request, not a confirmed trip. We check availability and assign a chauffeur before the booking becomes binding on us, and you receive written confirmation once it is.

Pricing

The quoted price includes the fare, gratuity, tolls, taxes and any applicable airport fee. It is fixed when you book and does not surge.

It can change only where you:

add a stop on the day;
keep the vehicle waiting beyond the free grace period;
ask us to change the journey; or
leave the vehicle requiring cleaning beyond normal use.

Each of those is priced and disclosed before you book.

Payment

Nothing is charged when you reserve online. We arrange payment with you directly before you travel.

Waiting time

Airport pickups include a free grace period measured from when your aircraft actually reaches the gate, not from its scheduled landing time. Other pickups include a shorter grace period. Waiting beyond that is charged at the published rate for your vehicle class.

Cancellation

Set out in full in our cancellation policy.

Liability

We hold commercial passenger liability insurance as required by the Maryland Public Service Commission. We are not liable for consequential losses, such as a missed flight, arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control including traffic, weather and road closures.

Conduct

A chauffeur may decline or end a journey where a passenger is abusive, or where continuing would be unsafe or unlawful.
