What we collect
To arrange a journey we collect your name, phone number and email address, the pickup and destination addresses, the date and time of travel, and where relevant your flight number and any instructions you give us.
Why this matters more than it might appear
Taken together, that information describes where you will physically be at a known future time — and by implication, when your home may be empty. We treat it as sensitive personal data, not as ordinary order data, and we hold it accordingly.
How we use it
Solely to quote, arrange and deliver your journey, to contact you about it, and to keep the financial records the law requires. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the suppliers who help us operate — payment processing, messaging and mapping — and only what each of them needs.
Marketing
We send marketing only where you have separately opted in. That choice is never bundled with making a booking or with accepting terms, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Trip records are kept for as long as we need them to run the service and to satisfy financial record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Website logs
Our web server records each request so we can investigate faults and abuse. Those records are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically. We do not store your full IP address in them — the last part of the address is removed before the record is written, which is enough to spot abuse but not to identify you. Page addresses are recorded without any query string, so a booking reference or a street address never reaches those files.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some financial records must be retained even after a deletion request; if that applies to you, we will say so rather than quietly keeping them.
